December 14, 21 and 28, 1996 Summary
Informal discussions due to the holiday season. It was suggested though that a player should have an "exit" character, one that is
not used. All valuables should be kept in this character's chest. Some players can make themselves invisible and follow you home, then steal from your
chest while you are depositing items into it.
December 7, 1996 Summary
Attendees: Yira, Arithon, Polgara, Heckler, Starblade, Barak, Tasselhoff and Mystara
Official color for Council of Regents' cowl is Gold
Wearing guild colors at all times is NOT mandatory for Townsfolk, only King/Queen, and CoR
Wearing guild colors by all IS mandatory at all official guild functions
All members must use their guild name on the Realm..if not available, attach "DR" to the end
The bylaws were ratified
Three issues (pick pocketing, jumping and "found treasure") were added to the bylaws
The chest in the DragonsReborn will be used for our excess booty, to help existing members
A password to the chest was chosen and distributed to all under separate cover.
November 30, 1996 Summary
Attendees: Yira, Arithon, Barak, RedFire, Elderon and Mystara
RedFire (Overlord) and Elderon (Barb/Animal) were reinstated to the guild;
All meetings, hence forth, will be held on Powwow
A final draft of the bylaws sent to all, ratification at next meeting.
November 23, 1996 Summary
Attendees: Yira, Arithon, Polgara, Heckler, Barak, Starblade, Tasselhoff and Mystara
The proposed Charter, Welcome Letter and Promotion words were accepted as official
Guild colors were decided; White tops, Blue Bottoms and Boots (available at Rusty's and Anson's)
Cowls of different colors will be worn to denote "class" of member, i.e., Thief, Warrior, etc.
The untitled CoR members..Barak and Tasselhoff, proposed their titles
Barak is Grand Duke....Tasselhoff is Royal Borrower, accepted as proposed
November 16, 1996 Summary

Dragons Reborn is the new name for the guild...Hail DR !
Inductions may be held anywhere, by King, Queen or CoR
Promotions only to be performed at meetings, after a recommendation and vote from the CoR
Only King or Queen may carry out a promotion
TheDragonReborn was inducted as Wizard Apprentice, since changed to Adventurer Squire
It was suggested "DR" be added to our Guild names for the Realm, if they aren't available
Powwow and MiRC suggested as options for new meeting place rather than AOL
November 9, 1996 Summary (DRE)
Attendees: Yira, Arithon, Polgara, Starblade; Tasselhoff; XelconR, Barak and Mystara
Colors for the Guild to be decided
New promotion guidelines to be determined
Mystara was inducted as Thief Tumbler
XelconR was inducted as Adventurer Squire
All existing members re inducted to the guild, en mass, using new induction words
Voting on November 16 for Warriors of the Realm, Phoenix Warriors, Dragons Reborn and Dragons of Mistwraith
November 2, 1996 Summary (DRE)

Arithon re inducted into the guild as Grand Advisor
A new name to be selected for the Guild
All current members to be Council of Regents, except for King and Queen
Current "royalty" ranks to become titles
Existing "townsfolk" Barak and Tasselhoff to choose appropriate titles
New ranking structure for "townsfolk" to be created
